Dr. Chhaya Bhargava, a Doctorate in Chemistry from the University of Rajasthan , former HOD Chemistry at CMR National Public School, is a name to reckon with, in the field of Science education, Bangalore. Presently heading an Academy that offers guidance in science subjects at the Senior Secondary level, she has been associated with the CMR Group of Institutions for almost twenty years, during the course of which she has served in the capacity of a Senior Coordinator and House Mistress at various phases of her illustrious career. In fact she is credited with the introduction of KVPY,NTSE, Foundation IIT coaching and training modules for those aspiring to excel in the Olympiads in school. An impassioned educator, a dynamic personality with an overwhelming love for her subject, she transfers this enthusiasm to her students through incorporating effective learning strategies that simplify the most challenging topics. A mentor and counsellor par excellence ,she is known for her perceptivity in identifying the strength and aptitude of the young , vulnerable minds thereby offering them effective guidance with regard to career choices .A pillar of support for teachers and parents alike, she has conducted Orientation programmes at regular intervals to generate an awareness about the options available and the course to be taken to taste success.
A deemed member of the faculty selection team at CMR Institute of Management Studies and CMR Institute of Technology, Ms. Chhaya has been part of a select group of master trainers, chosen by CBSE to design content for NCERT texts as well as Teacher’s manual. Having begun her career as a Senior Engineer at Bhoruka Gases, she has served as a lecturer in Government First Grade College and Garden City College where she was honoured with the Woman of the Year award in the year 2009, for her significant contribution in the field of education.
She is a source of inspiration to thousands of students who owe their success to her remarkable teaching acumen and she continues to selflessly dedicate herself towards nurturing young minds,with the same zeal and passion with which she began her career.
Wg. Cdr. V M Rao is a retired Air Force officer , who took Pre mature retirement as a wing commander. He was working in the operational side in the area of atmospheric sciences.
He received president”s award during his training. A post graduate in Physics, ha has always been the topper in any educational or in- service training.
He has published many research papers in the field of atmospheric sciences and presented papers in National and International symposia/ seminars, including one in the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.
He has been trained as National Instructor by the government under the aeigis of WMO and ILO.
He has collaborated with ISRO & Tata Electronics Development Serives , to develop a satellite image receiving system for the IAF.
He has been trained in Cray XMP supercomputer using FORTRAN 77 language.
He is a dedicated educationist having taught students for the last 45 years in school/ colleges and Universities.
He has now retired, but continues to be our guiding force.

Anil Bhargava

Anil Bhargava, a graduate in Electronics and Communications from NIT Bhopal, is a passionate engineer, entrepreneur and problem solver. After working in the circuit electronics industry for a few years, he ventured out to start his own firm, Trans Services and served powerplants and electricity boards in their design and maintenance units across the country. Today, he has 60+ large clients spread across 20+ states. He has also been invited to lead the pan-India corporate technical training programs by firms such as Motorola, etc. as an external lecturer.
Anil, with 10+ years of teaching experience, was also an external lecturer at Ujjain Engineering College. He has been serving as a Director at Laksh Academy and head lecturer for mathematics. He thoroughly enjoys working with students and has personally mentored many students in their journey through competitive exams and helped them grab seats at IITs and BITs. At Laksh, he has focused a lot on working with students performing at the lowest quartile of the class and helping them strengthen concepts to improve their performance. Anil in his free time enjoys solving sudokus and other puzzles while spending time gardening in his backyard.
